I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself here. I ordered a general cleaning before the holidays and was pleasantly surprised. The girls did everything without any questions, they found dust where I didn't even know. The apartment smelled like a new house. It's very nice to come back to such cleanliness

I want to share my experience communicating with the company. I considered CleanHouse with the following initial data: one-room apartment up to 60 sq.m. (minimum furniture, well-maintained condition). -The website states the price of 2,500 UAH for a general cleaning, but during a telephone conversation the manager announced 9,000 UAH for cleaning, which does not include complex contamination. I consider such a gap between the price stated on the website and the real cost to be misleading the client. -I was particularly surprised that the conversation was immediately conducted in Russian without clarifying the client's language preferences, which is of fundamental importance to me, given the current language standards and the context of the country. After such communication, there was no trust left in the company.

What impressed me the most was that the team brought everything they needed and didn't ask to "buy" anything. They just went in and did it. The windows became transparent, like in the advertisement, the floor is smooth, things are neatly laid out. An ideal option when you want to put things in order, but don't have the time or the mood.

My sincere recommendations 👌 We had a general cleaning. Everything was cleaned very carefully. What is important is to be careful with things and space. Now we are regular customers 🙌

Excellent company, everything was discussed in advance before work, the employees were polite, cleaned everything quickly and cleanly, they came with their own household chemicals, all the accessories, even their own vacuum cleaner.
